Free delivery service for purchases over $350 in the online store
If the shopping amount is less than $350, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee (shipping charges and restrictions are listed in the delivery service)

The value of all goods is calculated in Hong Kong dollars. The price of the goods in SH supplies’s online store may differ from that of the physical store.

SH supplies’s online store uses SF Express. All SF Express outlets in Hong Kong can be used as pick-up points, including SF Express Stations, SF Business Points, SF Smart Cabinets, SF Service Centers, and convenience stores (OK convenience stores, 7-11 convenience stores) cooperating with SF Express. The general delivery time is within 1-4 working days.
The restrictions and charges for using SF Express are listed in the table below (It is recommended that goods of 5 kg or more need to choose SF Express Station or Service Center)

The freight is subject to the final charges of SF Express Co., Ltd.

Delivery service is only available locally, and no overseas delivery is available.
All orders are subject to the availability of related goods before final confirmation. If our company fails to provide any ordered products or services, our company reserves the right to refuse to accept the order. If we are unable to provide any products or services on your order, we will notify you by phone or email before delivery.
We will do our best to deliver the goods to the designated place on time. Please sign for the goods within the designated time. If the customer asks to leave the goods outside the door, our company will not be responsible for any losses caused thereby.
If the recipient fails to collect the ordered goods within the agreed time, our company reserves the right to charge the customer an additional delivery fee.
If there is any change in the delivery address, the customer is responsible for notifying our company immediately.
Our company reserves the right to refuse delivery to any customer at its absolute discretion.
Refund/Exchange Policy
Online store refund policy
If you find that the quality of the goods is defective after receiving the goods, please email the relevant order number and relevant product photos to info@shsupplies.co or contact SH supplies’s page on Facebook within 7 days from the date of receipt of the goods.
An order can only be returned once.
Goods that are not of quality problems will not be returned

Physical store (store) refund policy
Please bring the valid receipts and the products that meet the return and exchange standards to the original Xiaoxiong wholesale store for return and exchange within 7 days from the date of purchase. Non-store purchases cannot be processed.
Goods with quality problems can only be returned and exchanged. If the returned goods are out of stock, a refund will be given.
Transactions paid by cash or Octopus will be refunded in cash. For transactions paid by credit card, the original credit card and the original credit card receipt must be presented when refunding. Refunds can only be arranged to the same credit card, and the funds will be refunded to the credit card account used during the purchase within 1-6 weeks. All other payment methods not listed will be returned to the original payment method.
